House Rules

Welcome to our holiday apartments!

We want you to feel completely at home and enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbours, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Quiet Hours:

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and avoid any disturbing noise during this time.

Non-Smoking Accommodation:

Smoking is not permitted inside our holiday apartments. Please use only the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

No Parties or Events:

Our holiday apartments are places of peace and relaxation. Parties, celebrations and noisy events are therefore not permitted.

Please Treat the Property with Care:

Please treat the rooms, furniture and furnishings with care and respect. If you notice any damage or defects, or if any damage occurs during your stay, please inform us immediately.

Consideration for Others:

Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours. Respectful behaviour helps ensure that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their stay.
